It is one of the most widespread and trusted Turkish banks. Creating an account takes time, and the employees are good, but you need to have either Turkish or English.

When I entered the ATM of the İş Bank branch located on Şişli Büyükdere Street in Istanbul, on 12/12/2023 at 17:07 last night, I had no money left and although I have opened a file at the head office many times since yesterday, there has never been a response from either the branch or the bank. Nor did I get a call back from #İşbankasıheadquarters on 13/12/2023 at 15:22 and I'm still waiting inside the bank, technical service is waiting, although I say please call, I get the answer that we are not obliged to do so, but there is no one ever calling, coming or asking, I have a complaint.

İşbank Şişli branch, located under the Grand Aras Hotel in Şişli, consists of 2 floors. It serves commercial and individual users. Staff strive to be polite and helpful

They don't answer the phone even if you call them a thousand times. You have to go to the branch.

Sullen employees, no tolerance whatsoever, operation is incredibly slow. It's probably the worst business bank branch I've ever been to. While I was waiting, a few people got angry and left the bank.
